Our most popular feature is the private nature trail, a meandering boardwalk over a 1/4 of a mile long which follows the coastline, is an Audubon favorite, and has been designated an Aquatic Preserve by the state of Florida. The trail also features a 500’ fishing pier, a 50’ viewing pier, and provides a relaxing walk through the lush, beautiful mangroves. The trail is wheel chair accessible and is located just steps away from the condominiums, right in your backyard. Whether you prefer a fast walk for fitness or a slow stroll for pleasure, you are sure to encounter spoonbills, heron, egret, otters and more on your journey. The fishing pier extends far into Terra Ceia Bay, allowing for excellent fishing for snook, redfish, and trout. Naturally, the pier is also the ideal place to catch a glimpse of a school of dolphin or manatees at play, and perfect to view the magnificent Florida sunsets!
